I called Goforth when I noticed that I had a screw in one of my tires to see if I needed to make an appt and was told to just come in. I arrived around 10:55 and the place was hopping. I walked to the office and was helped right away. My tire was repaired and I was out of there in less than 20 mins. The tech that worked on my tire was very knowledgeable and friendly. The professionalism of the crew was outstanding. The cost was minimal. Thank you Goforth!

I spent an extra day in Pigeon Forge to wait for them to open on Monday. I arrived at 739 a.m. , was greeted by 742. The professionalism of the staff was outstanding. My issue was addressed in 25 minutes. The repair was quick. Bradley showed me the plastic piece he removed from the tire, and gave me the confidence this repair was fixed right the first time. I feel this merchant is the ONLY go to tire store in area. Oh, by the way, I was not charged for the repair. Thank you Bradley. Job well done

The team at Goforth amazed me! In less than 30 minutes, our Class C inner right rear tire was not only replaced, but three tires were rotated to make sure the new tire would not put the rest off balance. And the charge? Only the price of the tire, plus tax and tire disposal fee! Other places had given me an estimate of "less than $400" (but more than $290) for the repair! As a tourist passing through, I was so grateful to have had Goforth recommended to me by my wife's cousin. The recommendation is well worth passing on. If you need tire service anywhere in or near Knoxville, Goforth is the place to go!
